Excessive Motorsports East recently tested this new upper pulley on an 03 Cobra. It is produced by Reichard Racing, located in Maryland, I believe. It helped reduce belt slippage at higher rpms, as you will see below in the dyno sheets. It has a nice Bling factor.

Torey Russo, of Northern Virginia, volunteered his truck to demonstrate the looks and sounds. He will be running it the next few months and will have feedback on it's performance. He has already noticed a faster spool up time and better boost performance on his guage. You can see by my pics that the pulley is slightly smaller and I will tell ya it weighs less... ya just have to trust me on that... look at all those holes hehe...
